Manchester United & Lucas Hernandez
According to Spanish daily Marca, Manchester United have made a transfer offer to Atletico Madrid’s Lucas Hernandez.
Marca (as translated by Sport Witness) report that Man United have posted a “dizzying offer” for the French World Cup winner.
It’s claimed the Red Devils are willing to double the defender’s wages if he moves to Old Trafford.
It’s further reported that Lucas Hernandez has an 80 million euro release clause in his Atletico contract.
The 22-year-old is under contract with the Rojiblancos until 2024.

Ander Herrera offered to stay on at Man United
At the start of the week, Spanish daily El Correo claimed that Ander Herrera’s Man United career may be coming to an end.
Manchester United fans have barely seen Ander Herrera in action this season.
The 29-year-old has only played 68 minutes of Premier League football this term.
Herrera has only featured against Tottenham and Burnley.
The Spanish midfielder has missed much of the season with an ankle problem.
El Correo claimed that Herrera, who is out of contract at the end of the season, could return to Athletic Bilbao in the summer.
However Mundo Deportivo have countered that claim. They’ve announced that Man United have offered the Spanish midfielder a new deal.
Mundo Deportivo report that Ander Herrera “feels comfortable in Manchester, also with (Jose) Mourinho”.
Moreover, they predict that Herrera may put pen to paper on his new Man United deal before the January transfer window opens.
